BAS ISO/IEC 27014 adopted by translation method

The Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina, through its Technical Committee BAS/TC 1, Information Technology, adopted the second edition of the BAS ISO/IEC 27014: 2022, Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection - Governance of information security, which is a translation of the English version of the international standard ISO/IEC 27014: 2020, Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection - Governance of information security.

EN 527-2+A1: 2022, Office furniture - Desks - Part 2: Requirements for safety, strength and durability, third edition, adopted by the method of translation by Technical Committee BAS / TC 42, Wood and wood products, Institute for Standardization of BiH.

.Original standard for installation cables has been published

.The Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina, through its Technical Committee BAS/TC 30, Electric cables, has developed an original standard for power cables of rated voltage 300/500 V BAS 1058: 2022, Energy (Power) cables with PVC insulation and PVC sheath of rated voltages 300/500 V. The standard was developed at the proposal and initiative of the representatives of electric cable manufacturers from BiH. ÖVE/ÖNORM E 8242 was used as the basis for the development of this original standard.

From March 29 to 30, 2022, an international scientific-professional conference in the field of construction “Sphere 2022: Facade systems and ventilation coverings” was held, whose partner was the Institute for Standardization of BiH.

BAS EN 14564: 2022, Tanks for transport of dangerous goods - Terminology, fourth edition, has been adopted by the translation method through the Technical Committee BAS/TC 41, Pressure equipment and containers.

A third seminar on Eurocodes and their practical application in academic education in Bosnia and Herzegovina was held
