Cooperation Agreement with Chamber of Commerce of Republic of Srpska

The agreement on cooperation between the Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Chamber of Commerce of Republic of Srpska was signed on June 29, 2015 in Banja Luka by Mr. Aleksandar Cincar, director of the Institute and Ms. Dragica Ristić, director of the Chamber of Commerce of Republic of Srpska.

Kick off meeting on „Benefits of the effective and efficient national quality infrastructure in Bosnia and Herzegovina“ was held at Vlašić on June 25, 2015. This meeting launched a new project under the leadership of the National Metrology Institute of Germany (PTB). The project will last from 2015 to 2017 and it has two components. The first aims at strengthening the capacities of the Institute for Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina and institutes for metrology of the entities. The second component relates to the development of the document "Quality Infrastructure Strategy in Bosnia and Herzegovina".
