On the occasion of the Day of the Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ISBIH), Director Aleksandar Todorović organized a ceremonial reception on December 11, 2025. This event brought together key stakeholders in standardization in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Among the distinguished guests were the presidents of BAS technical committees, retired presidents and members of BAS/TC, as well as numerous other guests who made significant contributions to the Institute through their work.

The Director of ISBIH cordially greeted all attendees, expressing gratitude for their substantial and selfless contribution to the development, implementation and promotion of standardization in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Mr. Todorović emphasized that the Institute successfully continued to strengthen its position internationally over the past year, highlighting successful cooperation with regional, European and international standardization organizations.

The central part of the ceremony was the presentation of awards to distinguished individuals:

• The Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina received a plaque for an exceptional contribution to the development, application and promotion of standards and standardization.

• Also, certificates of appreciation were awarded for active engagement and dedication and the recipients were:

•          Ms. Erna Skenderović, MSc

This event is not only an opportunity to celebrate, but also a reaffirmation of the community's commitment to standardization in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
